Content Usage Rights

By working with Creatorsnip Studio, you agree that we may showcase completed work in our portfolio, showreels, and social channels unless otherwise agreed in writing. Raw, unreleased, or rejected materials are never treated as showcase work.

Confidentiality

We treat unreleased campaigns, sensitive brand information, credentials, and source footage as confidential. We can sign a mutual NDA where the engagement requires one.

Community & Comment Conduct

Engagement on our social channels must remain respectful, lawful, and relevant. Harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, and unauthorized promotion may be removed or reported.

Copyright & Licensing

Clients must have permission to provide all footage and brand assets. Music, stock footage, fonts, and other third-party materials remain subject to their original licenses. Ownership and usage rights for final delivered files are defined in each project agreement.

Revisions & Refunds

Included revision rounds, delivery dates, cancellation terms, and payment milestones are agreed before production. Completed creative labor and licensed third-party assets are generally non-refundable; any exception will be set out in writing.

Privacy

Information submitted through our contact form is processed by Formspree and used only to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and manage a potential client relationship. We do not sell inquiry data. You may request correction or deletion by replying to our correspondence.
